These feel like very good qaulity, well made and not at all rubbish. I am 5ft 3 and a fatty. Weighing 13st9 and size 16 ish. I bought xxl I think and they're a good fit on my fat ass. Able to move around and bend ect ok withoughtout worrying about my butt popping out the suit through ripping. The first night I used this whilst I walked slowly on my treadmill whilst watching a movie, I didnt do vigorous excersise and the sweat was pouring out of me. It works well. I also slept in it to see what that was like, I woke feeling cold as I had sweat so much and been cooling in the yuck. The 2nd time I used it recently I used it again on my treadmill except this time I really pushed myself and oh my word, this thing really does work, disgusting i know but the sweat actually started dripping out of the suit onto dripping onto the floor in droplets, I ran my hand over my back and it was like I had put my hand under a running tap. You want to sweat, then it will work no matter what you do or Don do whilst wearing this thing.

Actually a lot better than I was expecting for the price. Very comfortable to wear and definitely got me sweating !! Wasn’t to sure about size so may have got slightly bigger size ? Got XL rather than L ! Used this to do boxing routines in ! Cant say about durability as yet as not had it long enough ! But at present it’s a great buy !!

I have had the suit for 3 weeks now. It does the job. I deliberately bought a couple of sizes bigger to make sure the suit was loose especially in the legs and thigh areas. Other suits in the past, the bottoms have ripped. I have used the suit whilst rowing and the bottoms have remained fine...no tears or signs of wearing along the inside seams. Also for general cardio, the suit has worked well. Have worn full sleeved t-shirt and light bottoms underneath as otherwise the sweat has nowhere to go apart from dribbling down your arms and legs ..yuck. So far, it is a good item and I have sweated buckets.

Great quality and makes you sweat a lot. A little bit of noise when running with it, but easy to ignore.

This thing makes you sweat! I have been using a sweat belt for a few months at the gym then switched to this to get a larger coverage for weigh loss and not just a targeted area like the belt. Initially it felt tight on the armpits but I just got used to and didn’t bother me after wearing it a few times. It does make you sweat profusely and that’s the sim of the game. If worn alone can make you feel cold. So I’ve been wearing a T-shirt under it and that catches all the sweat and keeps you hot so you lose more weight. It is essential to clean it as after a few uses it’ll begin to give off odours. Shake it to remove sweat and use a baby wipe to remove mouse tee then a kitchen towel. Or just wash it.

If your 2xl like me has belly don’t get 3XL very hard get on quality is good fits perfect just hard around the stomach

Fits well to sizes given , very durable as I can testify. I use it for riding my Ebike which I’ve come off a few times and no damage to suit . Also very warm in cold frosty weather .

I have used various hotsuits/sauna suits in the past but this product has by far been the best 1 yet. great material, good quality. doesn't feel cheap like others that I have used in the past and certainly does the job while training in it. if your looking for a hotsuit to give your training a little boost and help you get put through your paces I definitely recommend this item.

Excellent, works well & is durable. IT DOES HOWEVER RUN SMALL. I’M USUALLY 2XL, BUT I ORDERED 3XL WHICH IS A BETTER FIT. I would have had to return the 2XL.

Love this as an alternative to a waist trainer. It makes me sweat way more, allows me to engage my core better than with a waist trainer (since there’s no restriction) and I burn twice as many calories during a workout. I usually wear a large in shirts, but after reading the comments, I sized up to an XXL. It’s a little big on me, but I like that it’s loose. If you prefer a looser fit, definitely size up 2 sizes.

The sweat ran into my shoes. Super good suit, definitely recommended!
