Good range of resistance from beginners to more advanced, wish they came with instructions Or key though to know instead of trying to work it out through trial and error what colour was what, hence why I dropped a star.

I was in the market for resistance bands and chose these I’ve left it a while to review them as I seen a couple people say the clips come off them very easy I’ve been using them daily know as part of my exercise regiment for about six weeks and I’ve had no problems with them at all the only thing I did was buy a two pack of bigger wedges that go under door as the ball one supplied is about the size of a marble and I was concerned about it popping out when I used them got a two pack of much bigger and more substantial ones on here for a fiver but the the bands themselves are great ideal if your just getting into ressitance bands or want something inexpensive to compliment your equipment the one thing I would say is take a screen shot of page that tells you the resistance lvl of each colour as they don’t come with any sort of paperwork just. a bag to store them in

Good increasing levels of tension when switching between bands. Easy to use and comes in a handy bag to allow for storage. Very useful when unable to get to the gym and also helps with strengthening exercises for injuries (ankle ligament issues).

Great bit of kit. Not being able to go to the gym at the moment has meant this is really useful. Good selection of bands and accessories means lots of training options and all for a very good price.

small can take out and about

On the second time of using these bands one of them snapped completely. The band snapped away from the end attachment. Really disappointing
