fast growing pasture nom noms
I tilled a patch of rock hard, dry, barron, dirt that had been previously ravaged by my last flock of chickens. I'm getting new chicks in 1 month and wanted something that would establish quickly. I put it down without even covering with top soil and had sprouts within a few days. my pic is day 6. I am very impressed by how fully it sprouted and it even survived 2 nights of a light frost. I live in the eastern slope of Colorado so I picked this blend over the southwest because we have a cooler climate. I also have alot of shade so I thought this blend would do best. I highly recommend this to anyone wanting to have a quick ground cover.

Sprouted quickly
I bought this for my duck aviary. Sprouted in about five days. Very happy with it. I hope it hold up with the ducks.

Nothing grew
The seeds were no good and didn’t grow anything. Not even a single weed popped up or sprouted.

Very small package
Read carefully to sizes as pictures seem to mislead on size. 9/10 items are smaller than they appear on advertisements.

Chickens like it
I thought this was a bit pricey. I bought it for my chickens. It’s every thing it claims to be but I will have to look for a better economic option! It’s a good product. These seeds germinate on the ground in a few days. I tried the jar method of growing but my seeds just got slimy because I only changed the water twice a day. I am sure I did that wrong. So I just threw them in the dirt and they all grew just fine!

I'm no gardener, but....
Seems like it should have grown something with constant watering. I did better buying bulk seed from my farm store and lots cheaper.

Beware of toxic weeds
Did not germinate any clover at all, but did end up with a substantial amount of Jimson Weed, which is toxic to poultry and other animals. Very little of the seed sprouted other than the flax and a few of the field peas.
