Its first time one can claim the Advertised speed and performed beyond that. It could hit 1.1Gig in process monitor full peak speed. On the internal it has same Nvme- m.2 SSD of M.2 WD Black SN750. In practical where it could achieve is 3.4gig and 2.5 gig . Not sure why they choose 1.3 version suppose to 1.2 which in theory could have achieved 2.1 read and 1.1 gig write which is well within usb 3.1 Gen 2 spec of 10Gbps. Over all very very good product must buy if one have good number of USB-C gen 2 port and SSD or Nvme m.2 to take advantage of the drive speed. As the hdd wont be able to cope up with the speed . Also one thing to point when in test it seems to consume some very high of upto 54% cpu usage. It may be how the crystal disk bench used to run and with high through put it might need such power to process the data.

Super fast And small. I was looking for a portable ssd that would work with my iPad, laptop and phone over USB C. Came across SanDisk extreme. Paid 9k+ for this, but it’s totally worth it. Whenever I write/read to it, it just amazes me with the speed. Totally worth it.

It comes with C type cable and does support my oneplus5T ! Just dont forget to turn on "OTG support" option in settings of your oneplus mobile. Speed is also fast and its very easy to use with my smartphone :)

I use it for taking back up of MacBook laptop. Earlier, I used it to transfer 10s of GB of data from old desktop computer's HDD to MacBook. I observed the speed was well below the claimed speed. So, the speed claim may be well exaggerated. I selected it primarily based on their claim of speed after much research and comparison of specs. But even then there is negative surprise on performance!

Liked its small size and portability, very light weight. Put in your pocket and just forget it.As for using it, file transfer is easily accomplished and very fast.

If want to buy a product in amazon please becareful about any item I got very dangerous issue and I can’t expect this .. read carefully. I bought sandisk extreme pro 1050 mbps speed,while I was copying the files it is 65 mbps speed, I was shocked and watch the ssd drive there is extreme ssd pro, and I was to formate and install drivers when I was checked into my laptop it is showing sandisk extreme portable ssd and colour also be changed... so friends label and disk prints don’t believe lot of froud business is happening here. I don’t want to suggest to don’t buy here.. u can definitely buy any product here but verifying of item u can be smart😊😊😊

Excellent Product.. Really compact and data transfer at high speeds.. Cons: Tends to get a bit Warm but that must be normal for a SSD I am guessing..

Really like this product. Was worried when I go through multiple reviews earlier but I get ~950 MBps read/write speeds as promised on newer MacBooks. (Of course, when I tried with other 2015 MacBook Pro the speeds are low. Somewhere around 70-100 MBbs. May be that's how it works with older port limitations.)

It is small, fast and constant write, read speed. Working with mac pro very well encryption, formatting and APFS is great for it. What I didn’t like is the outside cover is tickling and collecting dust There is a problem registering the products serial number with SanDisk. I am waiting for them to solve.

The product is well built and feels great in my hand. It also delivers the speed on all my computers. It gets hot a bit when in extensive use, but can still be hold comfortably.
