This is a grate grill for indoors I did 🍔 straight out the box after I cleaned it just to be sure and pork chops the next day clean up was way easier and it cooks great

Stopped Working
Edit after 1 month of usage. It stopped working. It's light is on but it isn't warming up. I recommend you to avoid.I used a similar product in France. It was so powerful compared to this one so I bought a power meter to see if this one is really 1500 W. Yes it is 1400W at full power and on a exact voltage of 120 V. I was expecting something around 1000 W. Good thing, it cooks your meat evenly. Powerful grills cook outside well but inside stays raw. Downside it tooks so long to cook.

I bought one. This one spoiled with little time. It doesn't heat up anymore. I insisted on the error and bought another one because I like the model. It blew it again. don't buy
