Animal Hearted 'My Best Friend Has Paws' Pet Lover T-Shirt

This shirt is just as cute, if not cuter, than pictured. The reviews I read said that it fits as expected, so either I'm not the size I think I am or it's a little bigger than expected. Either way, super soft, very comfy, and it will probably shrink a little after I wash it anyways!

Love this shirt, but when it came it has a hole in it. Probably just a manufacturing defect but nonetheless disappointing. Still love the design.

It’s no question that my best friends have paws. I spend more time with my dogs than anyone else and I certainly talk to them more than anyone else. One of my dogs recently retired as my service dog, she spent sometimes long days looking after me and helping take care of my medical condition by interrupting behaviors, helping me maintain balance and picking items up for me, among other things. More than a best friend, she was my partner.My other girl is my snuggle girl and I’ve had her longer than my retired service dog. She was my first dog that was completely mine and we immediately had a strong bond. Without my dogs, I wouldn’t do 80% of things I do without them. They have given me a life and even helped me find my best human friends.So this shirt definitely fits me and I’m sure there are a lot of other people that feel the same! It’s nice to find a shirt that fits how you feel.It’s also nice to find a shirt that fits! I got the XL, which I was afraid would be too small. I would have ordered a 2x if they had it available but I am really glad I didn’t because the XL fits well, with a bit of room to spare. And it is so soft and comfortable, definitely something that I can lounge around my house in but also nice enough that I can show my doggie pride out in the real world as well. That’s my favorite kind of shirt.I am a little nervous about washing it, since I’m afraid it will shrink. While it has a little extra room, I don’t want it to be too small, so I will probably run it through a few washes and then air dry it for the first few times. I will try to update once it’s gone through the wash, but I am pretty sure this will become one of my favorite shirts, if it’s not already!I received this product for free or at a discount in exchange for a honest review.

My daughter didn't need as big of a wardrobe update as I did, but that doesn't mean I didn't want to get her some new clothes too. With her love of t-shirts and animals, I knew I couldn't go wrong with this one!I was pleasantly surprised by how soft this t-shirt actually is. In fact, it's so comfortable my daughter said she may actually end up sleeping in it instead of wearing it out and about each day. That's actually what she did with the other t-shirt I wrote about here previously.Besides having really soft material, it also is well made. The printing on this shirt is done really well – to the point you can barely tell it from the material itself since it blends together so seamlessly.The size of this shirt also seems quite true to what it should be. I know I always buy a size larger when I'm unsure of how something is going to fit so I bought her a medium and it's actually big on her, like most of the shirts this size and style are.My daughter really likes this shirt and I think it looks good on her. I love, love, love this shirt! {My husband was a little offended when I told him he's only my 2nd best friend - haha!} The shirt arrived last night. I actually did a load of laundry last night just so I could wear the shirt today. Before I washed it, it was a little rough feeling so I didn't want to wear it until it softened up. My only complaint about the design is that there shouldn't be a dash between best and friend. Other than that, it's a super cute shirt! It is a slim fit, so I would order up if you're on the fence. I debated between an XS and S. I ordered the S and it's a good thing I did because the XS would not have fit! I love everything about this tee shirt! For starters, it says 'My Best Friend Has Paws.' That's extremely true for me, seeing as my emotional support/service dog truly is my best friend (I tell him everything). Secondly, the shirt is very soft and comfortable. It's not starchy like other tee shirts. Lastly, its from Animal Hearted, which donates a portion of proceeds to animal rescues.I was only able to order men's sizes from Amazon, so I ordered an XL to be safe (that's what I wear in women's). Note that men's sizes run bigger, so the men's XL was much too big on me. I should have ordered a M. Just FYI! #animalhearted*I received this shirt at a discounted price in the hopes I'd review it.
