This Bible is beautiful! The cover is very soft and looks like leather. It is the easiest translation to read. You get all 73 books of the Bible since it’s Catholic it has the books unlike king James Protestant version. The text is clear and easy to see- it is not big text - it’s a normal size. It has bookmarks which are nice to use. At the beginning of each chapter it tells you when each book of the Bible was written, and who wrote it and to whom they wrote it. It’s a nice little history of each book before you read each book. It’s really nice to see that information because it helps to understand the context. It’s a beautiful Bible. I bought this brown one for my son and my husband has the black one and I have the white one. I highly highly recommend this version of the Bible and this exact Bible for that matter. Buy it! Great value too!

This is the second one I purchased, I have the large print for myself and the regular print for my daughter. This is one beautiful bible, the cover feels like real leather. It feels good in your hand.

This bible is absolutely perfect. Not compact but good travel size. NRSV version is easier to read for modern times. Good for bible study. Outer print is embedded not printed, so no chance of paint wearing off. Print is a good size. Map in the back is bright and of quality. Highly recommended bible. I purchased other items so it was boxed, but I could see how edges could bend if shipped in an Amazon bubble bag if driver’s not careful. Book is protected in a sleeve.
