Great customer service!!
Similar to some other reviews. Item had a hole that allows air to escape. Going through their page, they, while they don’t offer refunds, they do offer exchanges for defective products. I reached out to the seller and they happily offered to help.

LED didn't light up
Led didn't light up. Arms didn't blow up right. Was planning to return the item, but it rained the night I installed and think shorted the fan.

The media could not be loaded. Love it..works great but I have ot hanging. Not sure how this would stay down on the ground

Not what is in the first picture.
The first picture shows the ghost mounted to a window, but this one can only be put on the ground. Not what I thought I ordered and now I can't return it.

Not eligible for a return
Not what expected! Wanted to return. But be aware this product is not eligible for a return!!!Would not recommend!

This item is damaged
The ghost was delivered with a hole in it and it will not fully inflate. I am unable to return due to a no return policy.

Not a returnable item. Beware
Beware this item is non returnable. I purchased and found it doesn't sit very well and wanted to return but now I'm stuck with it.
