Very affordable coffee addion. A few drops in 10oz cup is all I need. Bottle last me over a year. Also add it to milk for cereal occasionally. Great buy great flavor.

This is my go to Imitation vanilla. We use a lot of imitation vanilla for our tea, coffee and yogurt. This a a smooth tasting and flavorful vanilla that is a great addition to your morning cup of wake me up.

In my experience, there isn't a ton of variety in imitation vanilla extract. If you aren't using real vanilla extract or beans, then the playing field is pretty level. This brand checks all the boxes you would want from an imitation vanilla extract. Flavor? Tastes like vanilla...or at least as much as any of the imitation brands do. I primarily use it for flavoring homemade syrup for lattes, so I haven't tried baking with it yet. The flavor in the syrup is good.The two things that impressed me about it were: 1. The value. At just over $13 for 32 ounces, this is a great price. 2. Overall quality. This is a big bottle of extract. It came in a padded envelope with no damage to the bottle. Since it wasn't boxed and is just the plastic bottle I could see how there might be mishaps from shipping, but this wasn't my experience. The bottle itself has a flip top with a smallish hole for pouring controlled amounts (think salad dressing bottle tops), but the entire lid could be unscrewed as well for a faster pour if you prefer.

Taking a look at a physical grocery store's price for artificial "imitation" vanilla, it's wild. My local store wants over $5 per ounce! But you can get the exact same stuff in bulk for much cheaper online. I paid about $9 for my bottle in 2023, and I'm still using it. I bake about once or twice a week, and most of my recipes use vanilla.The difference between artificial and natural vanilla extract is important. Imitation vanilla is still the vanilla molecule, just made using science. But it doesn't have the extra advanced floral notes and flavor of vanilla from the plant. This makes it seem like natural vanilla would be better for everything, but that's incorrect! Why? Because artificial vanilla is stronger, and it survives heat, such as an oven. Natural vanilla will evaporate when exposed to heat, reducing its flavor by a lot. I order this product over and over for my cookie business! It may say imitation, but it has all the flavor. Real vanilla is so expensive now, but you won't feel like you are missing out by using this. There's a lot in the container, and a little goes a long way in recipes. Grab this and you won't regret it!
