For example, 17.5" - 19" is Large (see Copper Fit chart). If in-between sizes go up for comfort, down a size for more compression. **Q: your copperfit inserts are fantastic-how can i get three more pair/can i order on line?do not see it** A: I don't think so **Q: Can use Coppefit products for watersports?** A: Boating, jet ski, fishing would be great. nothing where it will soak too long like swimming. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Helps More Than You'd Think *by on Reviewed in the United States May 25, 2019* I bought this because I've been struggling with knee pain for over a year. I overextended my knee while competitive ranch sorting on my horse. I'm only 25 so I really didn't want to have to think about surgery. I didn't really expect this to make a huge difference but dang...My pain ceases almost immediately when I wear this, unless I've really irritated my knee. I've been able to get back into jogging with this and can actually just go out and run without the pain afterwards. Only complaint is that when jogging it does tend to try to roll up and I have to stop and readjust it, but it stays in place well during most other activities like walking, riding my horse, exercise bike, etc. I feel old saying this, but when you're in pain it makes a huge difference lol this is probably my best purchase from Amazon. At least it's kept me from having to contemplate surgery for now ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very Satisfied with Results, post Meniscus Repair Surgery *by on Reviewed in the United States April 5, 2015* I received a review sample of this product and I've just ordered two more. Last year, my son had meniscus repair surgery on his left knee, and we didn't use this product. This year, he had the same surgery on his right knee. After using this knee sleeve after his most recent surgery, the results have been pretty impressive. First of all, he says that his knee feels more stable and comfortable when he wears this sleeve. In addition, he objectively has better than expected range of motion (and better than he experienced last year without the sleeve). He has less pain in the repair area and comfortably wears this sleeve several hours per day. I can't comment on migration while walking, since he is still on crutches, but will update my review if there are migration issues down the road. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ helpful product *by on Reviewed in the United States April 28, 2016* I am pleased with this product. I have noticed a difference in my knees from the first time I wore them. I needed to wash them and even though I followed the instructions they were not the same after the washing ## Frequently Bought Together - Copper Fit Original Recovery Knee Sleeve - Copper Fit Freedom Knee Compression Sleeve - Copper Fit ICE Knee Compression Sleeve Infused with Menthol --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.nl/products/18475410-copper-fit-original-recovery-knee-sleeve](https://www.desertcart.nl/products/18475410-copper-fit-original-recovery-knee-sleeve) --- *Product available on Desertcart Netherlands* *Store origin: NL* *Last updated: 2026-11-01*
