It was an effort the first time to put it on and take off, but each time it gets easier.Compression wear is supposed to be snug, and I was worried it would be constricting with the effort just to get into it.I use it for cardio, weights, baseball, in the winter I'll likely have it on underneath everything else.Very comfortable

I got several free samples from the company sales rep at a National Strength and Conditioning Association conference in 2014 in San Diego and the product STILL looks brand new. I love everything about it BUT every time I wear it, my back itches so bad from the stitching that I think I’m gonna lose my mind by the end of the day. But for that, I would give it five stars.
