I see why they're loved by over 10 million people!
Keep in mind, I bought these pre-owned. The experience will be unbiased. Pros: • The fit They are comfortable, with little to no ear fatigue. Despite having an assortment of ear gel tips, I would've gladly paid more for Complyfoam-style tips for better noise isolationand better bass response. •Sound quality While we're on the subject of sound, they sound amazing and surprisingly balanced. Between the graphene coated drivers on my previously owned Life P2s and the diamond coated drivers on my Liberty Air 2s, you can definitely hear the difference in the highs and mids. The low end packs plenty of punch on both models , but without the muddy sound. Downloading the app unlocks even more customization of sound and touch control configurations. It works very well, with very few issues. •Noise cancellation Call clarity is another area where sound quality really matters most. On both ends. Granted, they do not have "active" noise cancellation. They do, however, have better noise reduction in noisy environments. They can hear me clearly; I can hear them just as well. •Battery life When it comes to battery life: streaming, podcasting, gaming, etc., it definitely has stamina and will run every bit of 7+ hours, single bud or both. Cons: The only con I see, as far as the app is concerned, is the lack of visual notifications when headphones or speakers are powered on and connected (not a deal breaker, but would love to see this in an upcoming software update). Overall, I would recommend these in a heartbeat. You get a nice presentation, high quality sound and crystal clear calls. All at a price that won't leave your pockets with just lint and receipts.😌

in 2023 it still is a top contender.
Had this for a few years now and a few other Anker products, and the TL:DR answer is this, its still worth it to buy in 2023 BUT. Pros: Battery Life - Normally wear them for about 4 hours or so and don't really have to worry, but I still just put them in the case for a quick charge. Amazing sound With the App you can change how the tap controls work as well as the signature of the sound, make it more bass heavy for your bass heads, lighter if you wanna enjoy all the sounds in the song. Cons: ME SPECIFICALLY - The silicone ear tips don't keep a solid hold, so I had to get aftermarket foam ear tips and those work 100%, I don't need to have ANC on as the foam blocks off MOST of the noise that some people might not want. When you put them in it might sound loud since it gives you a "BATTERY HIGH/ON" voice alert, hasn't been a problem for me, but giving people who might have sensitive ears to be warned when you take them out the case and right into your ears.

Good but a little finicky sometimes
I've had these for about a year. The audio quality is good, they stay in my ears well, and the battery life is pretty good. The ability to pair just one to a device is nice, and the touch controls work most of the time. The only issue is how often the fail to pair with my Pixel 7, but it always eventually works after a few tries.

So good I got two.
I bought my first pair a year ago and just got a second pair for the office. These are great for normal every day use and the best thing is that they’re not going to break the bank. They come with numerous ear pieces to fit snug and are really comfortable. I wear them for hours at a time and they don’t hurt my ears at all. The sound is high quality and they have good bass for music and nice clear quality for phone calls. I guess the noise cancellation might not be as good as your premium earbuds, but that doesn’t bother me knowing they cost less than $30. Love these and definitely a fan of Anker - Soundcore products!

Horrible
Ok, to be fair the build quality is decent. When working they don’t sound bad. But, the pairing issue is a pain in the butt. 9/10 only one earbud pairs. I’ve gotten it to work with both working together a few times but it’s very rare. Again, to be fair I’m using this with a cheap Sony 4K tv that doesn’t support Bluetooth earphones - so, I have to use a Bluetooth “TX” dongle which makes the process more complicated. I’m pretty pairing these with a newer tv without the dongle would produce better results. When pairing with my iPhone, only one earbud pairs. So maybe it is with these earbuds that the problem lies. As others here have stated, you get what you pay for. Bottom line, I cannot recommend these earbuds.

These got great reviews on the web so I bought a pair for my wife and I. I've had a few of this style before and these are the best ones I've found and they lived up to the reviews. The sound quality is great and how they fit in your ear they cut out most outside noise and the app is a great add on to let you customize your listening. I purchased them mostly for calls. Inside the clarity is great for the people I'm talking to but outside if it's windy I've found them to not be any better than my airpods. Also because of the shape of my ear after an hour or so one particular part starts to hurt in my right ear on the outer part where the hard plastic part headphones touch but mostly a mild discomfort. Still working on finding the right spot/ angle to negate that.

The first pair I got were refurbished and I used them mainly with my Google Pixel 2. They worked really well: clear sound, blocks any noise unless it’s really loud, fast charging in the case, overall good quality. There were some pairing issues but you just need to put them back in the case and try the process again for them to work. I lost them and couldn’t find another pair within my price range so I opted for getting a second pair that were new. Those worked just as well as the second. My wife saw how useful they were and liked the variety of earpieces because a lot of earbuds don’t fit her ears. I found my first pair later on and gave the newer pair to my wife. A month later, the right earbud stopped charging. I contacted Anker about this and they had us troubleshoot it but that didn’t work. We sent them the requested information for the issue and they sent us a new pair via Amazon! We got to keep the older pair and the accessories. Overall, a very good experience!
