Well made, solid, great design
I'm using these to vent a big portable a/c unit through my garage wall with brick exterior since I have no windows out there. I haven't even installed them yet, just got them yesterday, but I'm so impressed I'm writing this review now. I went with these specifically because they through-wall duct is longer and they say they're easily converted to intake as well which I need for my dual-hose a/c unit. Here's why I'm already happy with this purchase:1. They're solid and not flimsy whatsoever. Won't be cracking and falling apart after a few years of UV sunlight exposure.2. All metal - except the damper assembly but that's a solidly made part by itself not just a weak little plastic door like almost all others I've seen. Even the screen is solid metal and you can quickly remove it by removing two metal screws holding it in. It's almost fool-proof and I'm quite the fool sometimes so I need that.3. I can confirm the conversion to intake is very simple and the included instructions show you exactly how. Now the screens on them are definitely going to keep out all birds no matter how strong they are, but not the smaller bugs. No problem there though. I have some extra pet-strength window screen material and just cut a rectangle to fit over the existing screen and hot-glued it in place to keep it snug and from falling out. I'll try and install a manual damper for that one inside for the winter when I don't use the a/c at all.4. The through-all duct pipe is exactly 6 inches - exactly the same as a standard section of 6 inch round duct. Another reviewer didn't like this but it's perfect for me since I'll be hooking up elbows on these inside and then two 24 inch sections of duct onto those. Makes my life so much easier.5. Price - 4 vents are included here and I only need 2 for now, but that's fine with me actually. Works out to around $22 per vent. They're $29 at my local Lowe's but I'm not sure if that one is reversible and they never have more than 1 in stock at any time. Now I'll have 2 left over I can either sell for a quick buck or I'll probably just keep in case I need them for some future use. Definitely worth keeping around (if I get rid of them I'll need them the next day - you know how it works). So as you can see I definitely recommend these Imperial vents. If I have an issues with installing these tomorrow I'll update this review.(Note: bought them on my wife's Prime account)

Please offer these individually
It too bad that Amazon doesn’t sell these vents individually. I had to purchase mine at one of the large home centers. All in all a very well designed and manufactured unit and well worth the money.
