I rent out bedrooms in my house and there is one bedroom that even though it is very clean, you could still smell something that tells you "a man" occupied that bedroom. I tried vinegar and air spray but they both did not work but when I used this activated charcoal, I could not believe at first that the unpleasant smell was finally gone! I’m skeptical about some products and this was one of them. For the price, I decided to give it a try. I had a closet with the dog leash and other dog related items in it (Along with jackets) and I always said it smelled like wet dog. Two of these bags inside the closet solved my problem in about a week. The smell didn’t go away overnight, but I did notice a decrease after a few days. Now, no more dog smell! I’m a believer now.

Something, maybe a mouse, must have died in the wall of our bed room. Made an awful smell that was hanging in the air that we couldn’t track down and had us sniffing around for several days. Finally decided to try these. We scattered all 8 around the room and within a few hours the smell was completely gone . Honestly, at least for our “bad smell” they worked and worked fast. That’s my story and me and my nose are stickin’ to it.

tough to rate right now. they are attractive. I have a tough odor of 40+ stained boards in my room ready for a construction project. I did put one in an old stinky car my son got. So I will edit my review when I go out and do a smell test.

These work for a short period of time, and they're small, so you need a ton for a single area (ie. closet, pantry).

We have a minimum of 6 dogs in our home at any one time. Dog laundry gives off an odor no matter how many times it’s washed, even with special deodorizing detergents. I put two of these in the “dog closet”, waited a couple days then slowly opened the door. There was just the the tiniest bit of odor left that was quickly removed after adding a third pouch. Recently my husband opened the door and could not believe there was no longer any odor.

I needed to eliminate some odor from my room, shoes and car. After doing research I found this to be a good deal for 8 bags. The shipping was fast. I only Took 1 day to notice a difference. I will be doing a follow-up on this in the next months for any issues and updates. Will also test the recharge when needed. I highly recommend this for odor eliminator!

These are just as good as more expensive larger bags that I bought. I am using them in my garage and basement. The improvement was actually noticeable. They come with nice hanging hooks, so they are really easy to place in a basement. I will be "recharging" them in a couple of weeks and will provide an update
