Pretty good
4 stars, instructions would have been nice but I kinda know how to use it anyway, good feel to it and it came with spray and cream, nice packaging so easy to put away from kids, waiting for results still, I use it for my scalp more than my beard so I don’t know how much it will help but so far feels great. Will most likely end up buying another in the future once this goes dull

The product in the bottles was leaking but getting results.
The bottles of product came damaged and were leaking... other than that the product is working... I've been balding for 8 years and I'm starting to notice peach fuzz hairs coming out... whatever hair I have left is starting to grow longer... I do recommend going to a doctor to find the root cause of any hair loss... (I havent) but this is working for me at the moment...

delivery and packaging are fine but ...
the product works well (in terms of function as the hair regrow is expected to take some time of course, if ever) but a piece of plastic broke on the roller after two to three days (no shock no drops). the roller still works but it is annoying to have a piece from it break after a couple days

Dermaroller Update
Iwas looking forward to using this Dermaroler,on Sunday bits of plastic fell off the right hand side of the roller,l have only had this Dermaroller for about a month,very disappointed,l will not use this again.Today 11.7.2020 l have been offered a full refund due to my Dermaroller breaking,l really hope this does not put people off buying a Dermaroller from this company,Please consider this company to buy from,l am very pleased how they have dealt with my situation.

I strongly believe this product works!!
The reason I believe this product is working is because my hair texture and density and changed greatly. The product makes sense. The roller opens up your pores so that the serums can actually enter your scalp. I immediately thought, in agriculture they create cavities on the grown and then they plant the seeds and then they water it. A few month later they have growth!!! So, I will continue with product and will actually look to purchase additional Serum's and Sprays as my girlfriend is now hooked on this stuff too.

It's simple
I liked how simple it was to use/disliked the serum that was outside of the bottle when it arrivedI used it for my beard/mustache

Good quality, needs a better bottle
I like how the spray feels very refreshing. But I wish the serum bottle was made differently, product was leaking out of it

Device broke in to pieces when used first time, sent back for a refund
This item came on time. Abs very nice presentation box. Removed item from the box followed instructions regarding sterilising before use, went to use and the item fell apart. I have returned for a full refund
