Great product/seller
I had an issue when I seen the unlock code hand written, att was confused I contacted the seller he quickly responded with the answer it’s only for noon att customers which I thought could only be used with att. It works great great service great seller!

Stolen!!!!!! Horrible customer service
Edit: Do Not buy from here!!! I had to buy another one from a different company. AT&T would not provide service as the device is reported stolen. Sooo my internet stoped working. Took it into ATT and the item has been flagged as stolen. I have had it since September 2021 when I bought it. So now I don’t have internet service because it’s been marked as stolen! Don’t buy from here!

Great hotspot!
Great product! Delivered fast! Packaged very well and works great! I live in the country and thanks to this hotspot I can now play video games online without lagging, even with two bars! Impressive! Thank you so much!

The unit did not work out of the box. Returned unit with no problems and customer service was great, four stars for prompt service.
