Cordyceps Endurance Formula - Natural Energy Supplement - Caffeine Free | Organic Mushroom Extract with KSM-66 Ashwagandha, Eleuthero and Rhodiola (90 Capsules)

I think this is a pretty good product as far as the mushrooms and plant extracts go, but it is highly compromised by the addition of maltodextrin which is a highly refined carbohydrate that is known to cause blood sugar spikes.DailyNutra used to sell mushroom products that had no additives, and I was a fan then, but since they've gone to using maltodextrin, I am much less likely to continue to use their products. Don't let them fool you by telling you it's just a "small amount". It's not such a small amount if you take several capsules every day, as recommended, and even worse if you're using more than one of their products.I wish the company would go back to its old practice of using no additives, but maltodextrin is an undesirable additive and I will hold off on using any more of their products until they discontinue use of this additive. I think this endurance formula would be a pretty good product if it didn't have the maltodextrin in it, but the maltodextrin ruins it and I would not recommend taking this product.

I have tried several of the supplements made by this company, and I have been very pleased so far. Ordering is simple, shipping is fast, and the supplements seem to do just what they are advertised for. Unlike some products where you need to take 4 or more pills per day, these products are generally 1 or 2 per day, so a bottle lasts a bit longer. I take supplements to help strengthen my immune system and natural defenses, so that I can avoid getting sick, or minimize my symptoms when I do get sick. I have grown & eaten mushroom spores in the past, and I have drank mushroom teas... and that is fine, but, you get a lot more bang for your buck when you take a mushroom supplement.. and it's much more palatable taking a mushroom supplement than it is drinking a mushroom tea. I will continue to purchase from this company in the future. So far I am a very happy customer!

Every person's system is different, but for me, this formula provides abundant, non-jittery physical and mental energy. Given the subjective results I experience after taking this supplement, I am confident in the quality and the potency of the product. I offer a four-star rating (vs. 5-star) only because my personal sensitivity the ashwagandha used which I find very strong. If you are not overly sensitive to the ingredients in this product, I am sure you will have a good experience consistent with the advertised claims.

Awesome ingredients, good quality, and cheaper than most! I use their KSM66 too...same opinion on that!

I found that over the first few weeks of taking Cordyceps Eundurance supplements, my stamina and endurance levels, especially while cycling and hiking, steadily increased. This steady time-release energy build-up was what I was looking for, rather than a more stimulting, spike and crash type supplement. I would definitely recommend it for a clean and gentle energy boost over time.

Have purchased items from this brand previously & loved them. Due to the addition of the Non Organic Maltrodextrin I gave it to a less sensitive friend as I do not tolerate it well. Used to be a 5* brand for me. I purchased their Mushroom Defense Formula instead which I recommend.Note per my research: Maltodextrin is high on the glycemic index (GI), meaning that it can cause a spike in your blood sugar. It is safe to use in very small amounts for most and I believe very little is in the capsules.
