Good Product
Product looks classy. Finish is good as well. However the packaging of the product was pathetic . The box was packed in a packet , no bubble wrapping to protect . Inside the box as well there was no protective packing. Considering LED's are sensitive more care should have been given to the packaging and transportation. Luckily item works and the box claims that there is a 2 year warranty.

Great product
The design is beautiful. The color of the product gives a nice antiqy look to the room. All the 3 light colors come out pretty nicely. Installation wasn't problematic. And the LED strip can be replaced (after it ages out) by getting in touch with local vendors of LED lights.

Misleading 30000 hour claim but good product and service
They claim a life of 30,000 hours on their box. If I use this for 10 hours a day it should last me 3000 days! That is about 8 years. It did not even last a year. However, I contacted the manufacturer and they fixed it for me very promptly. You guys need to change that claim.

Stopped working within one month, Cheap quality as well Sub-Standard Seller on Amazon India
Cheap and Substandard products are sold on Amazon India , Amazon doesn't do proper verification of the seller authenticity, This Product stopped working within One month of time . Very disappointed with Amazon going with such sellers.

Not durable
Light above a painting. Looked good but stopped in three months. The local electrician has fixed but now it has just one single colour.
