I bought it for the Oculus link and tried all the troubleshooting possible, but the cable doesn't work as intended, or so I thought, until I plugged it directly into a USB 3.1 slot directly in the motherboard. I have been using this cable for a month or so and no problems, I think this is was a pretty good buy.However, the 5m variation feels too thick and kinks more easily.

So I understand that when something only has one review it’s a bit worrisome but I promise there is nothing to worry about here!This cable is super long and works perfectly well for oculus link.It comes with the sweetest little note about this family’s business and I love it!The quality is very high and it feels nice.Long enough for any kind of use pretty much.And it’s cheaper than the rest of the cables (as of now.)Thank you so so much!

This VR chord made using my oculus headset much easier and much more convenient.

This cord actually fell apart after about 35 days. Too late to return and no way to fix.Just don't buy it

This is all I expected from this charger Plugs into laptop and has plenty length to enjoy VR I would recommend absolutely

Easily attached to my Quest 2 visor and into a USB 3.0 computer inlet. Ran the Oculus software on the computer, turned on the visor, and I was able to access my Oculus and Steam VR programs. As a bonus, while using the Link Cable, the Quest Visor is charging, so I'll be able to use VR a LOT longer in each fun session.

This cable has made my son's life easier. It gives him plenty of cord to be able to move around okay.

Cord looks great. Had the system for a couple weeks and havent used it to play games off the PC yet, but the cord length will give me plenty of slack to move around. Can't wait to try it out.

Voy a dar mi crítica:Para empezar, si funciona. El oculus te lo detecta y dice que es 3.0La calidad es estándar, es flexible y llega en tiempo y forma.Pero:Es 3.0 de primera generación, eso significa que su velocidad máxima es de 2.7Gb/s y no los 5 que anuncia.Aquí viene lo importante, si te sirve o no dependerá de tu gráfica. Si tienes una 2070 o superior este cable no te va a servir porque se va a ver limitado por la velocidad del cable. No importa que parámetros modifiques o cuánto le subas la calidad al juego, el cable te va a limitar. Vas a poder jugar en gráficos altos y medios pero en juegos como hal-life no podrás jugar en ultra y ver todo nitido.En cuanto a su carga o no carga la batería, si lo hace, pero no tan rápido como el cable original. Para mí no es un problema ya que pude jugar 6 horas seguidas antes de quedarme sin batería. Y para mí eso es suficientes. Si quiciera jugar más tiempo sin parar tendría que comprar una batería exterior. Lo mejor es tomarse un descanso y cargarlo con el cargador original y luego continuar.Lo ideal si tienes dinero es comprar un router wifi 5. Si estás dispuesto a sacrificar la calidad por ahorrar los 700 peso de diferencia con el router entonces compra el cable.De momento yo seguiré con el cable hasta que compre una gráfica más potente. Tengo una amd 6600 y me va los gráficos en altos pero experimento un poco de lag cuando renderiza.Nota: despues de 3 meses de uso le he bajado la calificación. Yo juego sentado y con cuidado y aún así el producto con los pequeños movimientos falló. Se desconecta con cualquier ligero movimiento de cabeza, lo cual indica un fallo dentro del cable. Ahora tengo atado el cable con cinta negra al oculus para que no se desconecte. 100% recomiendo comprar el cable original o comprar un router.
