Look how easy it was to put together and how it looks in my living room

Wonderful addition to my office.

Nice wood frame, assembly was easy.Would be nice with a double bulb but still made an improvement.

I was looking for a lamp that would fit three light bulbs, and this lamp works perfectly with my adapter. The construction of this lamp appears better than other shelf lamps I have looked at, notably: the power cable passes through one of the legs rather than having to be zip-tied on the outside of a leg, and the alignment of the legs looks acceptable up close.Moving into specifics about the lamp:* The lamp chain is just a simple on/off switch with no dimming modes.* The lamp includes scratch protection pads that can be adhered to the bottom of the lamp for hard floors.* The lampshade mount provides plenty of room for bulb socket adapters.* The lamp is lightweight, which allows easy lifting with a single hand. Despite this, the lamp feels stable given its shape.* The included KLL760P-9 light bulb is a little warm for my taste at 2700 K, but it will likely get the job done as a practical light with a brightness of 800 lumens. The CRI is listed as 80 which, although not bad, is not great either (this means that red colors will likely look a bit duller compared to an incandescent bulb). I have swapped out the included bulb for my own bulbs.

It was very easy to assemble - took about 20 minutes. Instructions were easy to follow. Lamp looks exactly as pictured and is pretty good quality overall. I’ve received compliments on it already. Considering purchasing a second one since I have a large room with no lighting.

Assembly was difficult (especially pulling the power cord through the various tight holes and turns) and it took me at least an hour to complete. Then, when I screwed in the included lightbulb and turned it on, nothing happened. I got mad at myself for not testing the function before assembly because of all the work I would have to disassemble, return, and then assemble the new one when I received it. Then, I decided to check the lightbulb, and luckily discovered that that was the problem. When I tried another lightbulb I had in another lamp, it worked just fine. So not only did it take time to assemble, it cost me time (and money) to go to the store to get a replacement lightbulb for the one that didn't work.The end product looks good, although it's not super stable, as the base doesn't have any weight at all. I wouldn't recommend putting it anywhere where kids or pets could get to it as they will almost surely knock it over. I rated one star for brightness because I received a broken light bulb. The 25-watt, warm-white bulb I did get makes it into a very nice accent lamp.
