Where to begin? Well, 2-3 years ago I was at the Container Store and saw the smaller version of this in black. The paint was bubbling up and rusting underneath on the bottom front edge. I asked for a discount on it and was offered one. But I decided I really didn't want something that was brand new, but already rusting.Fast forward to now, and I need something like this with multiple drawers in this size.First you'll read about people getting dented and damaged cabinets. So I crossed my fingers and ordered this one anyway. When it arrived I was happy to have been lucky enough to get one that was not damaged and dented in shipping.But it was very stinky. Think spray paint and mildew and an attic mixed together.Then the thickness of the metal is very, very thin and cheap. The drawers ride on very cheap bits of metal that are flimsy and fall out.And then the worst of this experience - I look inside with a flashlight and the interior of the top of the unit is covered in large rust spots and there is rust and corrosion in other places.Now I'm done with this piece of junk. Bisley makes overpriced garbage that is poorly made and a big disappointment. Find another option as this is a bad choice, especially for how much it costs. It's going back immediately, I already have it boxed up.STAY FAR AWAY FROM THE BISLEY BRAND - trust me you won't be happy with any of their drawer cabinets.

The unit I received was bent so significantly that the drawers didn't slide straight, nor would it stand flat on the floor. It looked like a cheap knockoff--even the company logo was on crooked. I'm extremely frustrated to have waited more than a week for this item only to have to return it, and I now don't trust that requesting a replacement would be a good idea, since I'm not sure this is an authentic product.

I ordered three Bisley drawer units in October (8-drawer MD8, 2-drawer FILE2, and 3-drawer FILE3). I appreciated the fun colors that matched between styles. I am building an office space in a spare room and it has provided a very creative yet pulled together look under a simple plywood desktop. However, they aren't very high quality. Overall the metal is quite thing and flimsy. They look nice but I’m disappointed every time I open a drawer. These drawers do not have any type of sliders, they are just pulled out on a metal lip. They also don't have anything to keep you from pulling the drawer out all the way and dumping the content on the floor. With the free shipping they may be worth it- especially if you live somewhere remote but I still wouldn't purchase them again.

These could be fine for light duty office of craft storage. The drawers just slide on stamped metal clips, no guides, so the drawers pull right out; might be OK if you want to take the whole drawer to your work area. The drawers were square and should hold up if not loaded; paint was fine also. The problem is that because they are so lightly made, even with a decent shipping box, they don't hold up to the usual shipping impacts and came dented and out of square; twice. I sent both back and will find something local I can inspect before purchasing.

The storage cabinet is very nice and love the color red. The size is perfect and it was exactly what I was looking for. The big problem is the shipping and the packaging of the product. It came in just the original box without any other protection and, as expected, it came damaged. It has a few dents and discoloration on the corners. It's a shame because it's very nice and useful. I ordered a similar (different size) storage cabinet in Container Store and, wow, it came well wrapped. Not a single dent or any kind of damage I found in the cabinet I bought from Container store. So I really don't recommend to buy this product from this seller.

This is exactly the right height to be below my printer table and it holds letterhead, envelopes, checks, etc. It is sturdy and well built.

Product is great, very well made and lovely aesthetics. Would not purchase from Amazon due to inability to guarantee item being free from damage from shipping. Item came packaged in thin cardboard box with reinforced corners that did nothing to mitigate creasing and denting of the sheet metal the organizer is made from. I'd recommend purchasing from the Container Store or other retail outlet to ensure no dented corner or warped walls from shipping.

No drawer slides on this. The drawers just sit on steel rails. That maximizes the space in each drawer on this compact unit. I bought it to hold small Akro bins and the drawer depth is just right. The fit, finish, and packaging is all top notch. It arrived undamaged.
