I enjoyed this kava very much. The smell is definitely different than I’m used to but I’m also not a connoisseur as to say why. It’s got a super fine grind and definitely goes down smooth. It almost feels like a sticky mud in the strainer bag, rather than hard loose particles when kneading and in my experience means quality kava. I made mine a little stronger than the suggestion (2oz for 1qt) and made mine with 60g with 3 cups and it was great. Hit hard and lasted quite awhile. The company also told me it’s a Waka blend. I most definitely recommend. It also comes with a little spoon which is nice. I’ve tried probably 90% of the kavas on Amazon and this one is at the top.

This isn't the worst Kava I've had and it's a good deal, but the lingering nausea that comes with it means I'll likely not order it again. I suspect it has some stuff you don't want in it based on the taste and aftereffects. However, it has a fine grind, which is nice. More than 3 "shells" and I had a sour stomach the entire next day. Take some probiotics with it if you decide to go for it and temper your consumption.You could also consider substituting a smaller amount with another, higher quality kava you enjoy to mitigate how much you consume, but still get some benefit.

I was worried that this Kava would not provide the relief I was seeking that I get at my local vape hang out. It is even better and so less expensive! I've mixed it with a variety of fruit cocktails and have always gotten excellent results.

I been a kava drinker for a year and this brand made me nauseous for hours and wreaked havoc on my skin.

This is not strong at all. It takes about 50 grams to feel less than what other brands provide at 20 grams. It also is extremely hard to strain. I normally use a 80 micron bag for Kava but even with a 150 micron bag this takes forever to strain. There are other much better brands on Amazon for the same price.... Get one of those.
