Just got my knife today, An after opening it I noticed some scratches, blemishes an wont come off....so I ask for refund or ship me another...

Have used a couple times now. Blade seems sharp and decent enough. Would take some getting used to due the style/design but... ain't gonna happen due to the handle being poor fit/finish. The handle material is rough, does not come up to the spine of the knife leaving a lip of metal that causes friction and is sharp enough to be annoying. Would be fine if you were wearing work gloves.

The back of the knife is sharp. I cut myself several times. Worst design.

Bought for my husband because he is always on the look out for a new kitchen knife. He loves this one, even more than some of the expensive ones he has! He says it’s sharp and made well.

Came out of the box razor sharp, also nice feel to it while holding. Handle could have been a bit better but considering the price it is well worth it. This is a slicer type of cleaver, it is not made to hammer through bones
