These work keeping in #2, it will be watery so take off in bathtub or just be prepared. It’s just watery poo. Doesn’t do anything for p but it’s not really expected to. And I fit a swimmie diaper under this-my son wanted the diaper on but the legs and waist were still tight enough to keep everything in but not too tight. It’s comfortable he can wear for hours swimming. I liked it and bought more of it. My son likes that you can’t see it under his swimsuit, that’s the most important thing to him is that he doesn’t want anyone to see it, if you could see even a centimeter poking out, he wouldn’t wear it.

My son is 10 and has incontinence he loves the water and I use these and they work great! He has had many accidents in them and they hold it in. I will advise taking them off in a bathtub or shower area.

The product does exactly as it's designed to do and is made out of quality material. It will snag if sitting on the rough edges of the pool (either inside or out), so be sure to cover it well with swim shorts.The product shipped via Amazon delivery methods, therefore, it arrived quickly. However, the return (I initially bought the wrong size) was more challenging. Note if you need to return, too: You have to print a label, find a box/envelope to return product in, and take it to the USPS office. The cost of shipment will be also deducted from your refund, so plan accordingly.

My autistic 3 year old is very large for his age (about 52 lbs.) and he's still in diapers. I wasn't sure how we were going to participate in swim this summer until I came across this swim diaper. I ordered 2 in a size small and they fit great! There have been no accidents or leakage. I definitely recommend!

Sizes run small. My son is not quite a 12 and these are tight on him. Going to have to order the next size up. But they are sturdy and do the job.

5 year old special needs son taking swim lessons and needs to double diaper since he is not fully toilet trained. These work perfect. I've never used it without a disposable swim diaper underneath but it is perfect for double diapering if that helps!
