Crafted from durable PVC pipe and steel cables, it offers a spacious, tear-resistant Tiger-Mesh fabric bed that’s easy to clean. Tool-free installation and a sleek design make it perfect for modern homes, providing cats a secure, comfy spot to lounge and watch the world outside. ## Description BLACK Color Kitty Cot Original (Large) measures 25-1/2″ wide x 14″ deep (width measured from outside edges of suction cups on Kitty Cot). Actual frame dimension is 14" x 23-1/2". Minimum window glass for use is 25" wide x 21" high. Kitty Cots attach to glass windows, mirrors and smooth non-porous surfaces using four PATENTED Giant Suction Cups made in the USA. Each cup is rated for 12 pounds so the Kitty Cot will hold about 25 pounds of cat(s). Kitty Cots work indoors and outdoors. The frame is made of PVC plastic pipe and fittings. It’s not glued together so it can be taken apart. The Kitty Cot hammock is a super-tough black nylon fabric called “Tiger-Mesh”. It’s so strong that it’s virtually impossible to rip or tear, and cleans easily with soap and water. Our design is so simple that anyone can put it up, and best of all you need no tools to install it. Lay your cat's favorite blanket or pad down to make it even more bed-like and comfortable. Install it next to an outside bird feeder or another action location and your cat will be entertained for hours. Tips on Using Suction Cups: The care and use of suction cups is very simple. Make sure the suction cup is clean and free from debris. If the suction cup needs to be cleaned, wash in warm soapy water then dry gently with a lint-free cloth. Clean the surface you are applying the suction cup to. It won’t adhere well to a dirty surface. To enhance suction, a tiny dab of Vaseline or cooking oil may be rubbed on the rim of the cup. Press the cup all the way down, against the surface. The suction cup may need to be “burped” periodically by pressing down on it to remove any air that may have seeped in. Temperature and humidity variations may make a suction cup lose its grip. If bonded above 40 degrees Fahrenheit the cup will provide the most reliable service from -22 degrees to 120 degrees Fahrenheit. To remove the cup, simply pull up on the release tab to break the suction. ## Features - Mounts to Windows using Giant PATENTED USA Suction Cups - Humane Society Approved and Easy to Clean with Soap and Water - Made with Super Tough 3/4" PVC Plastic Pipe and Fittings - We use only the BEST Outdoor and Rugged Fabric - Our Support Cables are 1/8" Steel to last Forever ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00C5TUVXU | | ASIN | B00C5TUVXU | | Assembly Instructions Description | Easy to Assemble, No Tools Required | | Best Sellers Rank | #232,132 in Pet Supplies ( See Top 100 in Pet Supplies ) #446 in Cat Window Perches | | Brand Name | Kitty Cot | | Color | Black | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 4.5 out of 5 stars (1,914) | | Date First Available | April 2, 2013 | | Item Dimensions L x W x H | 23"L x 1"W x 14"H | | Item model number | kc-o | | Manufacturer | Kitty Cot | | Manufacturer | Kitty Cot | | Manufacturer Part Number | kc-o | | Material Type | Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) | | Model Number | kc-o | | Pet Type | Cat | | Product Care Instructions | Hand Wash Only | | Product Dimensions | 25.5 x 14 x 1 inches; 1.65 pounds | | Size | Kitty Cot Large | | Target Species | Cat | | UPC | 804551145834 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Kitty Cot - **Color:** Black - **Material:** Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) - **Product Care Instructions:** Hand Wash Only - **Product Dimensions:** 23"L x 1"W x 14"H ## Images ![Original World's Best Cat Perch (Large) Black Color - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61BiNSc3sEL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size** options. ## Frequently Bought Together - Kitty Cot Original World's Best Cat Perch (Large) Black Color - Coastal Pet Turbo Scratcher Cat Toy - Cardboard Cat Scratcher Pad with Cat Toy Ball Track and Catnip (1 Pack) - Catstages Tower of Tracks Interactive 3-Tier Cat Track Toy with Spinning Balls, Orange --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.nl/products/1837692-original-worlds-best-cat-perch-large-black-color](https://www.desertcart.nl/products/1837692-original-worlds-best-cat-perch-large-black-color) --- *Product available on Desertcart Netherlands* *Store origin: NL* *Last updated: 2026-10-17*
