I like that it has both ear pieces.Sounds OK to me.My complain is that the cord is way too long & heavy.It comes in 2 pieces, 1 part has the jack to plug into the phone, with a fairly heave "volume control" unit, and then a big clip that connects it to the other half.Once assembled, there is a very heavy/bulky/awkward section near the middle of the cord, that falls all over place (pulling my cordless phone off the desk as it goes, it is so heavy!)With my old headset, I would clip my phone to my pocket/belt, clip the cord to my T-shirt collar, and be able to walk around w/o incident, OR clip the cord to my tshirt & set the phone on the desk next to me, again, w/o incident.Now.. that's not happening. The long cord is constantly in the way, wreaking havoc, especially due to the heaviness of the connector/volume control units.I'm rather disappointed, but TIL what not to buy.

Its a good product for the price . Doesn't work with cell phones as the jack is too small you will have to get an adapter. Overall its great quality for long wear

Jack did not fit my laptop. Which most headsets have an standard size however this one is way to skinny and short. Never got the chance to use them so as far as quality noise cancellation etc I wouldn’t know 🙄
