DiptyqueOranger Candle - 6.5 oz (I0005050)

I honestly thought I was buying a new Oranger Diptyque candle, but this one arrived without the standard cellophane factory seal and the box was dented in several places. The lid had obviously been opened and closed several times. Still, the candle fragrance is wonderful and burns for hours. Overall satisfied, but didn't care for the state of the item upon arrival.

Highest quality. Long burn and beautifully essence

Diptyque candles are expensive. They are also absolutely the best there is. You will find that they burn far longer than cheap candles, thereby not really costing anymore than a cheap candle. The scent is fabulous. I have several scents, but Orange/Oranger is my favorite. It really smells like fresh oranges. Not overwhelming but a rich scent. I cook a big breakfast on Saturday mornings. While I love the smell of bacon I really don't want it to linger all day in my house. This candle removes the bacon odor.Again, Diptyque candles cost more but burn far, far longer than cheap candles.

We purchased this candle as a small thank you gift to some family friends, and it ended up being the perfect item. It's somewhat small, but does come in very nice packaging. The smell is a very nice fragrance, and we were happy to send this item as a gift to a couple that has a taste for "finer" things.

Don't like the fragrance much. It's a little too "sweet". Will not order the Oranger again.

Only half a candle and the wick was buried and inaccessible. This was not the fault of the vendor but a lack of quality control on the part of Diptyque. Very disappointed!

The clove scent is really strong and it's a little too sweet. Also, the candle appears to have some quality issues as there was extra wax at the top of the glass. Perhaps if you buy this from the actual store it would be better.

I love diptyque product. But this one, the smells is pretty strong.
