Hearing Aid Cleaning System - The Only Electronic Medical Device for Comprehensive Hearing Aid Maintenance

Item delivered as promised and on time. I have used it already and it works as advertised. I had purchased on previously from Beltone and after 4 years it met its demise.

I contacted the manufacturer for a solution today, so maybe my review will change in the future. I just received my hearing aid on monday. I filled the machine with the cartridge it came with, ran a cycle. worked great! tried to run a cycle on Wednesday, it was empty. luckly I bought a spare cartridge, I made sure the bottom drain plug was tight, filled it up, ran a cycle. did a wonderful job. went to use it today (Saturday), it's empty. at $17 a cartridge I'm going to go broke!. before you ask. it's lives on my nightstand, I checked, my top has no signs of wetness. it's winter, so I don't thinks it's evaporating in a 66 degree house. I'm just confused what's going on. I hope they'll resolve my issue next week. I'll redo my review if I have better luck, as of right now, it works great when it has solution in it, but it's not lasting 45 days per cartridge.

Unfortunately after the first cleaning use one of the hearing aids wasn't working. Taking the hearing aid to be repaired the technician indicated that any cleaning products that use a solution in the process will damage the hearing aid and indicated we discontinue use and return product.

A very sleek white box well made. The product is supposed to turn off after 1 hour. Does not, keeps running!
