Was pleased with how fast we received it considering where it was shipped from. Like that it comes in a case, wish the case had a lid that stayed on. This is not a locking lid and it just falls off if it is bumped. Had to tape it to get it to stay on when put away. The choice of tips and cookie disc is good, however the handle is difficult to screw on as it doesn't seem to want to sit just right, have to play with it. Clean up is not bad at all. Have only used 2 times for small jobs. Will see what happens when put to the real test.
