ite an amazing product. who all are following no carb diet they can take 1 scoop daily as a meal replacement. worth buying

Taste is ok, but is not very filling or satisfying
The product has the macros in the right ratio for Keto, however the product is not very satisfying during consumption.The taste is ok - not great, but not bad either. However it is very watery and doesn't thicken up - which makes it not satisfying. There texture is also grainy and hence you are constantly cleaning up the insides of your mouth.Also a single serving is only 136 kcal which seems a little less for a meal. So then it looks like this is to be used more as a snack or during a craving.

Ingredients don't add up
One scoop which is 32 g is indicated to have 12 g fat 7.4 g protein and 1 g carb. What the rest is --not indicated.So, 12 g per scoop is some mystery ingredient.
