where can I find a replacement air cell for boot?

I only got the pump. Then one of the bladders sprung a leak and I couldn't find a replacement. I ended up getting a new boot. This turned out to be a really good thing as the new boot was way more comfortable. And the pump was built right into the boot.

Would this work on a small travel pillow?

Not even close ;0). Unless you're a Barbie doll. This is a small hand held air pump for a walking cast. it has 2 ends with sharp-ish points that are inserted into the aircast.

What size tubing would fit on the tip of this?

unsure - but slightly small - like the size of the ink insert in a pen maybe? I've only used mine for a walking boot to fill and release the air of the inserts. Sorry.
