Best quality product
This is the “real deal,” best quality cinnamon. I use it to control my blood sugar — just 1/2 tspeach day in my hot chocolate, 400 mg of chromium picolinate, regular exercise, and blood sugar came right down. This container will last for many months and is in a resealable package. I highly recommend it.

Good stuff
Really good cinnamon. It seems to help with inflammation when I mix it in a drink, it doesn't dissolve real well but it's working.
