These pill organizers are great. My daughter in law has them and I saw it and knew I had to order one. So I of course got the 3 pack. They hold quite a bit of pills. I was able to fill 12 Pepto tablets in one of the larger compartments and 6 pills fit fine in the smaller compartment. There was even room to spare in both the big & small ones. The case itself opens and closes easily. The compartments can be a bit difficult but they include a guitar pick so you can flick them open. The labels came in handy so I know which pain medicine is in each compartment. They give you plenty of labels too. They also provide 2 sets of day of the week labels and 2 sets of the numbers 1 thru 7. I put one case in my purse already and will pack another one for traveling. I’ll keep the last one as a spare. For the price these are definitely worth getting.

Great container! I love the colors and the size. The smaller compartments can be hard to open, but it comes with a little plastic pick that helps open those. More info in video!

These were great for travel! I would say they are a bit small, I have prenatal vitamins and fish oil pills that didn’t quite fit enough for my trip, but it ended up being okay! The little pick they give in each container is a lifesaver when opening the compartments. None of the compartments opened while traveling!

Love these pill organizers. The size is perfect for travel. It locks and seals perfect. It's so easy to open and close. I love that they have the stickers so you can label each compartment so there's no confusion. I travel a lot and use them every time.

I’m really happy with this MEACOLIA 3-pack pill organizer! Each case has 8 compartments — 6 small ones for pills and 2 larger ones for vitamins — which is perfect for keeping everything separated and organized. The double-lock design is excellent; it keeps the lids tightly closed, so I don’t have to worry about pills spilling in my bag. The build quality feels sturdy, and I like that it’s made from food-grade material. It’s lightweight but still feels durable. The size is just right — small enough to fit in my purse or pocket, yet large enough to hold several days’ worth of pills. I'd purchased another brand a couple times, but decided to try these pill cases because they were a bit larger than my other ones. Welp, that was a mistake. These, while not bad, are not nearly as good as the other brand I use on a daily basis. Pros: - Solid colors keep your pills protected from light - Cases themselves are quite sturdy and large enough to hold some of the bigger horse pills that some of us have to take - Colors are pretty Cons: - You can't see which pill you're after until you've opened the case - The way the individual compartments are opened is absolutely stupid I know that my 'pro' list outnumbers my 'cons' but the most important con of these cases is the way they open. There is a tab that opens the two halves, which is nice, but then once it's open, the individual compartments have tabs that are recessed into the case, necessitating either a strong fingernail to get underneath the tab to pry it open, OR you have to use the included guitar pick to pry them open. I don't know about you, but when it's late and I'm fumbling around for my pills to hurry up and take them before bed, the last thing I want to do is also fumble around with a little guitar pick to open up my pill case. I'm also not about to ruin my manicure to try to wedge my fingernail into my pill case. I'm not exaggerating when I say that I HATE the way they designed this to open. They made using this case so much more cumbersome than it needed to be. I have similar pill cases from another manufacturer, and those come with internal tabs that are situated along the edges of the box, so that once the 2 halves are open, you can simply flick them open without a ton of effort (though they stay closed very securely). I much prefer the design of my other pill cases, though these are certainly prettier. I ended up returning these in favor of the other style because, again, I refuse to be reliant on a separate tool to access my pills and it's absolutely dumb to need something like that, especially when it can so easily be lost.

This was great for my 25 day vacation in Thailand. This held my supplements for the last 5 days of my trip as I had a bigger pill box for the first 3 weeks. I’m a minimalist packer. Everything is carry on only. This pill box went in my personal item bag as do all my supplements just in case they force me to check my carry on. I’m very happy with the quality. I love the little device to help open the compartments, it’s like a little guitar pick.

None of the boxes would open, one had a broken clasp so even if it could be opened it would then not be secure. Absolute trash - suitable for the bin only DO NOT BUY
