Cipriani Food Tagliarelle Extra Thin Egg Pasta 8.82 oz

I saw Ina Garten use this on her show, Barefoot Contessa. I knew I had to try it. Quite expensive, but the taste is out of this world. Melts in your mouth. And only takes exactly 3 minutes to cook. Mixed with white truffle butter and it is a meal by it's self. One box made 4 generous servings.

Quality of the product was very good and it arrived as advertised, on time, but compared to other pasta options it is quite pricey.

This pasta is by far the best I have ever tasted! And so quick and easy to make. The noodles are very thin, not thick and heavy like most store brands. Try Ina Garten's white truffle butter recipe - exquisite!

I probably should have known, ordering pasta like this online but when I got it the pasta had been shaken/banged around so much that it the pasta was in tiny little pieces (the box itself was ok). The pasta has good flavor and is pretty good but the tiny pieces were annoying so I don't think I would re-order it from here at least.

Best store bought pasta. If you can't make fresh pasta this is a good go to brand if your making a special diner. It's pricy but worth every penny. I use it to make Ina gardens white truffle butter tagliarelle.. Yum!

Excellent pasta

I love this pasta. Have purchased it whenever I have found it. But is gotten very expensive . So when you order one small box of for $19 you would expect someone to pack it properly do it doesn’t arrive in a million pieces. Not so!

I have never tasted pasta like this outside of Italy. If you are making a special dish and want to wow your guests, this is the pasta to serve. It is so thin you can see through it. It cooks in just a few minutes. Ina Garten's truffle butter and taliarelle, in Barefoot Contessa Back to Basics, is how I stumbled upon this gem. It calls our for just a light sauce to truly enjoy the taste of the pasta. If one dreams of things delicious, this pasta is the star of the show.
