Very Cheesy but expensive too
Love these! The flavor is excellent and love the handy size of the individually packaged snacks. They are a bit pricey though, so not an everyday snack for me.

Little pricy but just as expensive in the grocery store. Love the taste and crunch! Definitely buying again. The flavors is amazing especially while dieting

Yummy little treats!
This is such a tasty treat....if you like garlic and Parmesan. Moon cheese is real crunchy which I like allot. Only 160 calories. Can use as croutons too (I usually crunch them up a bit when using on salad or soup).

These are my fave!! The taste is spot on and these are perfect for traveling or packing in a lunch.

Harder than Pepper Jack, Cheddar, or Gouda
Tried three other flavors and really liked Pepper Jack (the texture and taste). Thought I'd enjoy this but I was wrong. It turns out Garlic Parmesan is harder than the other Moon Cheese I'd tried. It might be due to the lower water content of Parmesan which results in few air pockets in the dried final product.
