Good For Fine, Curly, Thick, Hair
I received a sample of this in a Beauty Box months ago, by the time I really knew what it was for and actually used it I had forgotten where I had initially received it. I was new to subscription Beauty Boxes, I didn't even knew that they existed. The first two I even heard about were Amazon's last holiday when they notified me of their availability. I just idly checked out the link and BAM! Thanks Amazon, instant addiction! I bought both of theirs, two other retailers holiday Beauty Boxes, then branched out to some subscription only Beauty Boxes. They all came at about the same time and since it was their holiday boxes, they were all packed excessively with extras. This wonderful Beautiful Nutrition Lemon Rinse Anti Frizz Gentle Clarifying Treatment was just one of maybe 30 deluxe assorted samples of liquid product of one sort or another. Once I used it the first time I knew immediately that I had to figure out who I had gotten it from because I wanted to buy more. The smell is so fresh, and citrusy, and natural, that you can tell just by that it is good for your hair. I don't take that lightly. The majority of hair products I receive as samples go immediately into my donation bag for women down on their luck. My hair is extremely fine, naturally curly, and thick, plus I color it to get out those, ummm, nasty later life blonde hairs (much nicer name). Product that works on it and doesn't damage or dry it is hard to find, and I was really worried once I understood what a clarifier was, but I also knew my hair needed it because I use so much product to keep my curls under control. It has no parabens, BPAs, and those other bad chemicals. It is not tested using cruel, inhumane methods, and the active ingredients are citrus derivatives from what I read on the label. I know it leaves my hair clean, shiny, still soft, and curly. I did initially use it per the instructions, which has you use it after you shampoo and condition, then rinse it out, but in my case I felt the need to change the order due to the needs of my fine hair. I completely soak my hair in the shower first, then I use my BN Lemon Rinse Clarifier. It is thick, administer a little at a time until your hair is completely covered from roots to ends in it. I hang my head upside down initially and start at the roots and start massaging it in. Follow the directions for the time to leave in and rinsing. Then I follow up with my shampoo, which is extremely moisturizing, and a following moisturizing leave-in conditioner. My hair looks awesome after using this! In fact I just got this big bottle after finding out who I first received it from, I tried to order it there, they had dropped the entire line. Fortunately I can now get it here on Amazon on subscription, I just used it again after trying to find it for months, I can't stop touching my hair, it's so soft. I will only use this about 2 to 4 times a month, even natural citric products can damage your hair if over used, but if used properly, WOW!!!

This stuff is great to smooth down damaged hair cuticles
I love this product. I happened across it on Amazon a few years ago, and I've been buying it ever since. You put some on your hair after shampooing and conditioning, and let it sit for a bit before rinsing out. I think it's basically normalizing the Ph levels of your hair, kind of like a vinegar rinse would do (I just can't stand the smell of vinegar). This product smells wonderful and seems to work. My hair is shiny and smooth when i use it! :)

Smooth and Shiny Hair
This is a great product for smoothing and giving the hair some shine. I have long, frizzy blonde hair and I feel like rinsing this thru my hair before I get out of the shower helps to combat the frizz when it dries . I'm only reluctant to give 5 stars because it takes a lot of product to actually see the results. For example I used it maybe 3 or 4 times and the bottle is almost half gone. Other than that it's a great product and very light weight

Price is great for a lot of product
Wow! This stuff is so good! I've been using clarifying shampoo once for twice a month for years, but they've never delivered immediate results the way this Lemon Rinse does. It smells like lemonade, and it seems to melt into hair. It doesn't feel like a cream rinse, but more like shampoo. It has some suds, but they may be caused by whatever its removing from my hair. In AZ we have very hard water, and I didn't know what it was doing to my hair until I used this. After one use my hair was so much shinier it looked like I'd highlighted or lightened it. While this doesn't impart moisture, occasional use doesn't dry out my hair. I like it better than clarifying shampoo. Beautiful Nutrition Lemon Rinse Gentle Clarifying Treatment,13.3 Fluid Ounce

Absolutely wonderful product
No kidding - I've tried all the over-priced products for my below-the-waist hair, and honestly I've never found anything I like as well as this lemon rinse. It leaves my hair so clean and makes it strong. I can't believe the difference it makes on contact! I used to lose a lot of hair during the comb-out, but not anymore. My hair just feels wonderful and silky and smells so good. Even the next day my hair is much fuller and so shiny! This is a fabulous find, and I recommend it to anyone that wants fresh and renewed hair..

I threw it in my pile of other hair product samples that I never touch because I assume they will be useless to me
When I got a sample of this in my Glossybox over the summer, I threw it in my pile of other hair product samples that I never touch because I assume they will be useless to me. I have wavy/curly, dry, and thin hair. It is a nightmare for me to find products that work because curly hair tends to be thick, so everything I find to fight the dryness is too heavy and weighs my hair down. Anything to volumize dries it out more. Well, my pile of hair products just got way too out of control, so I rooted through it seeing if anything might possibly be worth trying. This seemed intriguing. It's a "cleanser" it says, so I assumed kind of like shampoo, and most shampoo is fine with me.So, I grabbed it and brought it in the shower. As I was reading the back of the bottle, I noticed the directions said to use AFTER you shampoo and condition. It says to leave it on a few seconds and rinse out. That was when the magic happens. When you use this after conditioner, it gets rid of the weight of the conditioner while locking in the moisture. This has been what I needed all along, but never new existed. Before I even finished my deluxe sample of it, I ordered a full-size to have on reserve. This product has made my hair bouncy, got rid of the frizz, and has allowed me to extend the time between washes (anyone with dry curly hair knows this is important!) because there is less product build up.

WOW!!!
Before purchasing, I asked a question in the “questions & answers” section about whether or not I could use Wen with this. One person replied and only said she “hate it as it made her hair frizzy.” Well, I bought it anyway as that was her experience and she never stated that she co-washed. I do shampoo, but only when I apply Madison Reed color to my hair. For Reference: although I'm black, I do not have the "typical" (stereotyped) African American hair . My hair is S-curly/wavy and fine/medium texture. But I feel that it could work for most if not All if you do not have a lot of buildup, and if you follow with a good conditioner if you get frizzy results. Directions on most natural products can be tweaked according to one's needs and regimens. With my first use, it worked. When I first step into the shower, I rinse all of the water soluble products from my hair that I can, as I never use products with Dimethicone – non water soluble. But I do use silicones and don't flat iron! Then I apply this clarifier to my hair and scalp and clip it up for only a full minute if that. Then rinsed. LO AND BEHOLD….I had the softest, sleekest, shiniest hair! (have a shower mirror) It’s much better than smelly Apple Cider Vinegar, which I tried twice. It has a wonder citrus scent that’s not overpowering. My hair felt soooo incredibly good before I even applied Wen. After applying Wen my results improved even more if that was ever possible. After styling, my hair looked as if I shampooed and I did not lose color!!! Hmmm, I wonder if the Wen models do this?? All I have to say is this: SHAMPOO WILL NEVER TOUCH MY HAIR AGAIN, Bahahaaaa. 😄💖

Hair Feels horrible!
I did not like this product at ALL. I used the shampoo, conditioner, and after conditioner rinse. Hard water at my new place was making my hair very tangled and gross-feeling, so I read all the reviews of this product and was very hopeful that I would end up with the soft, shiny hair I've always been used to. First, I needed to use double my usual amount of shampoo just to work up a lather, and it did not feel nice on my hair at ALL. Not slick - almost like straw. Then the conditioner. It was kind of thin and runny, but worse, it did nothing to improve the straw-like texture caused by the shampoo. Finally the after conditioner rinse - so runny that when I put it on my head, it ran down my face. Seriously ... when I rinsed it out, my hair felt slightly better, but I could already tell that combing it was going to be an ordeal. When I tried to use my wide-tooth comb on it, my hair was worse than ever - feeling dry, and so tangled I had to use loads of de-tangling spray. I spent ages trying to work it through the mess that was my hair. Finally I gave up and I did an apple-cider vinegar rinse just to make my hair feel somewhat normal. and even then I ended up with a tangle that would not come out without taking the scissors to it. WORST PURCHASE OF MY LIFE. I am sending this back!!!
