Q: will it work with a ipod touch 5th gen.

As long as the iPod has a mini-jack output. (where the headphones plug in) It will work. It wasn’t very good though. I sent it back and got a different one.

Q: does this work with a iphone 12 mini?

It’s got a 3.5mm jack plug so not sure, it was bought to be used with on old iPod nano
