turned out GREAT!
Posting 2 moths after applying. very happy with end result. simple process. scuffed the wheels with some high grate sand paper and put on 4 coats. Some users have said one can per wheel but i used 2 cans for all my wheels. Used dupli-color caliper paint and primer on my calipers and as you can see they turned out nice as well. before/after images attached.

Paint good, nozzle was bad
I bought the Flat Black Enamel and a can of self etching primer. The primer was fine but the nozzle on the Black was bad and sputtered droplets out no matter what I tried. (holding the can upside down to clean it, shaking it well). I now need to buy another can and hope it has a good nozzle.
