OPTML Capsules

I've only had this product for a handful of days now, but it's by far one of the best sleep supplements I've tried. I normally have a difficult time not only falling asleep, but also getting deep and restful sleep. When I take these, I no longer toss and turn all night, and unlike non-natural sleep aids, I don't wake up with that weird groggy feeling.

I don't want to trash this product, I am sure it has its value to most but for me not so much.I gave it about a week and NADA... still couldn't sleep and would wake up with a headache.it has awesome ingredients that should have knocked me out ..but the Insomnia monster was stronger than the product.

Should have known better than to believe all the Praise !, does not work for Me, in fact loosing even MORE Sleep and Rest. do Not Recommend.
