Good dose and in only one capsule. Most others take 2 capsules and I don't like taking pills. They seem to be the correct dose and potency as they are doing their job.

THE QUALITY IS OBVIOUS IN THE AROMA AND COLOR OF THE CAPSULES BUT IT IS ALSO NECESSARY TO REALIZE THAT ST JOHNS WORT. DOES NOT ACT QUICKLY BUT TAKES TIME TOREALLY HAVE ITS FULL POSITIVE AFFECTS . I HAVE TAKEN ST JOHNS WORT BEFORE AND I HAVE HAD NO NEGATIVE AFFECTS FROM THIS ONE .

Great product for good price!
This dosage is good. Capsule is relatively flavorless. Pills have an natural herbal smell but nothing that smells like chemical. The medicine stays in a powder form and does not coagulate
