Surprised by the package when it was delivered.
I was first shocked when the fascia was delivered folded into thirds. I immediately called MBI Auto and asked them just how this was supposed to fit on my 2017 WRX. They explained that this is the way they receive fascia's from the factory. I was told to get a heat gun and heat area's that were dent over and they would reform back to their original shape. It took me only two days but they were right. It is now exactly the shape of my vehicles stock fascia. I have not installed it yet due to having it painted Dark Gray Metallic at the dealer's body shop.
