Botanica by Air Wick Plug in Scented Oil Starter Kit, 1 Warmer + 1 Refill, French Lavender and Honey Blossom, Air Freshener, Essential Oils

Haven't used this kind of plug-in for years; scents were too heavy & unnatural for me , poor, if any adjustability, and units that got too warm to feel safe leaving on 24/7. Building rules sensibly prohibit scented candles or incense sticks, passive diffusers are messy, stain if spilled, and hard to regulate/diffuse evenly in my experience, so I had to try a plug-in again & hope my home didn't end up smelling like a bus station toilet or some hippy granny's armpit. I have a small space with mediocre airflow from an airwell window & open kitchenette with microwave only, no oven/stovetop with fan ventilator, so relying on cleanliness and fresh air or potpourri wasn't going to work, but an expensive air purifier unit seemed like overkill. This unit & the sweetgrass/sandalwood oil overcame all those issues. Easy but secure loading. Unit barely gets warm to the touch- at middle setting, anyway, haven't had to go higher. Setting dial easy to reach and see from above. No muss, no fuss. The scent itself is really nice. Always been a fan of sandalwood but it can be a little acrid/spicy in high doses. The sweetgrass seems to take that edge off. Sweet and subtle but distinctive combo. I have a small fan on a table above the outlet where this unit sits that probably helps with diffusion & allows for a lower setting. Still, pumped out enough scent at lowest setting to be noticeable through a small 8' x 14' room within seconds. Not sure if I simply got used to the scent or use diminished the flow/effect , but, after two weeks, it needs to be on a middle setting to have the same distinct scent throughout the room. Gone through about half a bottle over 2 1/2 wks, so consumption is noticeable but not worryingly fast at that middle setting, considering how cheap the refills are. Certainly cleaner & easier to use/achieve consistent level of scent than with a traditional passive diffuser with the sticks in a puddle of oil.

Finally, a scent that doesn’t give me a headache and smells natural! Beautiful scent that lasted a while. Will be buying again!!

I used the original lavender and chamomile scent for a long time. But the scent was becoming noticeably weaker with each purchase, and it was not lasting long. I was excited to try this new Lavender and Honey scent. It is VERY strong, even on the lowest setting. I had to unplug it, as I was tasting the scent on my tongue. In a few minutes, the scent had spread to three rooms. 4 stars for the packaging, but a low score for the strong scent; not a pleasant or relaxing-type of a scent.

Absolutely exceeds my expectations! I’m a normal every day guy who happened to keep my house really clean. My house normally just smells neutral if I am not burning a candle or anything. A friend recommended the Bed Bath Wallflowers to me and I invested in three of them. All garbage. Half of the time the refills were duds. I was told I was able to return them and ask for an exchange at no extra cost and that this is “normal.” Why is this normal to a product you’re selling? When they did work, they would last for two days. So I stumbled upon this and I’m so happy I did. I plug it in downstairs (three bedroom house), and the scent comes all the way up to my room. The lavender is calming and not overwhelming. I love that I do have the option to tone it down with an adjustment of turning the top. Worth every penny and I’m already looking at different scents to order. If you’re reading this and contemplating getting one - just do it. Especially at this price - a steal!

Smells good for the first few days. Very strong smell, then not so much. Have had it maybe a couple weeks and it's already almost done, so...not the best quality or value.

I love Lavender but I don’t like Vanilla and it’s hard to find a Lavender that isn’t mixed with Vanilla. I also don’t like the harsh “green” Lavender...you know the one- it’s so strong it makes your eyes water and throat burn. This fragrance...Lavender and Honey...is just perfect. IMO. It’s the right amount of sweet. The scent throw is really good...I have 1 plug in in my 30x25 foot living room and you can smell it. I purchased other fragrances and can’t wait to try them out. I’m very happy with this purchase of Lavender Honey. My only issue is the packaging....the bottles were not protected by anything in the box and were floating around.

I haven’t used it daily and placed it low speed bit it burned completely in 5 days

I love this scent. I’ve ordered it from Amazon several times. This time one of the oil refills was not sealed and leaked all over everything else in the box :( Still a good product, though.

My roommate and I both have an air wick, and we like this scent, so we've bought it several times.

Very spa-like scent. I'm absolutely hooked on this now. Good cost from this vendor compared to others that charge more.
