Incredible Comfort for Long Rides - Worth Every Penny
I can't say enough good things about the Fizik Argo Tempo saddle. This bike seat has completely transformed my riding experience. I used to struggle with discomfort and pain on long rides, but with the Argo Tempo, all that is a thing of the past. I recently completed a 100-mile ride, and while I experienced the usual minimal numbness and pain, it was significantly less than with any other saddle I’ve tried. One of the key things to note is the importance of checking your saddle width. I made sure to get this measured at a local bike shop, and it made a world of difference. If you can’t get to a shop, there are plenty of tutorials online to guide you. Once you have the right width, the installation and configuration are a breeze. The saddle is easy to install, and adjusting it to the perfect angle and position didn’t take much time at all.For anyone who does long rides or endurance cycling, this saddle is a game-changer. The design is spot-on, providing just the right amount of support where it’s needed most. It’s well worth the money, offering incredible comfort and making those grueling long rides much more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking to upgrade their saddle and enhance their cycling experience!

Great Saddle for long rides
Love this saddle good sir bone spread and comfortable on long rides. Installed on my Tri bike, have not rode for more than 20miles at a time but those rides are really good. Imagine would for 40+ no problem.

Great saddle, but a touch too wide
I wish I liked this saddle. It looks great, the padding is just right, the cutout is huge, it has a line/mark at 75 mm from its widest point so setting it at an exact distance from the bars is easy, and it's relatively flat front to back, so you can tip the nose down without feeling like your sliding forward like saddles with the back swooped up. The only problem for me, with my narrow 110 mm sit bone width and my bike set up with a few inches of saddle to handlebar drop, is that due to its more triangle shape when viewed from the top it impedes on movement of the back of legs (right under my butt). Every pedal stroke at full leg expension I could feel the edges somewhat digging into the inner/back my thighs. It was very noticeable and annoying compared to my typical saddles were the wide part of saddle quickly narrows towards the thin section. It's a shame, cause otherwise I love the saddle. I think I'll give the narrower and more race oriented 140 mm Vento version a try... If you are okay with a little wider saddle and/or you don't have as much saddle to handlebar drop, I think this saddle would work well for you. For now, I'm sticking to the unfortunately discontinued Specialized Toupe saddles in 143 mm wide. For reference, I'm 5'10", 150 pounds.

Great road bike saddle
I ride a road bike for fitness and endurance … rides of 20-25 miles 6 days / week. Trying to work up to a century ride. Although I ride mostly at a zone 2 pace, comfort during and after the ride is critical to me. After trying a handful of traditional 160-180mm road bike type saddles that were advertised as soft yet supportive, I found myself uncomfortable about 8-10 miles in on the ride and a bit sore for a couple hours after the ride. After much investi-googling I concluded that soft doesn’t necessarily equate to comfortable for road bike saddles. I’ve been using the Fizik Tempo saddle for a couple weeks and am very pleased with the level of comfort and support. No during or after sit bone (or tail bone) pain. Likewise no soft tissue perineal issues at all. Which brings me to another great design feature of this saddle vs more traditional road bike saddles, it’s a short-nose saddle. Very noticeable in a positive way in the nether areas while keeping you more planted in the saddle and allowing freer leg movement vs traditional road bike saddles. I’m 6’; 180 lbs. self measurement of my sit bones using a couple online video methods yielded approximately 120-125mm. The videos suggest adding 20-30mm when sizing your bike saddle. I ordered the 160 Fizik and am very pleased. I’d highly recommend.

Not bad, but definitely not great.
Was rated on multiple websites as a "comfortable" seat. I'd beg to differ. It's not bad mind you, but it definitely is NOT one of the most comfortable. It has very smooth "pleather" on top so depending on what type of material you're wearing for your lower body you may slide around a bit. It's shorter than an avg saddle I'd say, so that may bother folks. And overall it's VERY flat and not cushioned as much as it should be. You'll end up sitting at the very back of the saddle itself. The build quality is good, it's made with good solid materials and won't "break down" anytime soon. But we all buy saddles for the fit and comfort, and this aint it.
