Great quality cookware

I’ve only cooked with the pans a few times, so far they perform very well. A friend of mine told me that as long as I don’t overheat the pans they would perform very well. I keep the stove temperature on medium heat or lower, and everything comes out great, fried eggs, chicken, etc. I’m careful not to use metal utensils that would damage the non-stick service.

I have always been an All-Clad 3D kind of got to cook I love to cook and you need the best tools from honing your knives to knives to everything you need and this particular set of pans are amazing I have had others that don't last as long so take care of your pants make sure you wash them clean them do not soak them in water Wilder hot you'll be amazed how many years they last

Ok, I normally don't write reviews and while I have done so, it's always after careful considered of value for the money spent. Here goes: The All-Clad pot set I bought, $800, yes that's correct $800!!! Arrived undamaged and while expensive, I firmly believe you get what you pay for and All-Clad is a brand you can trust; color me so very surprised. My initial, had I rated them after receipt, rating would have been 5 stars. But the story is just beginning. I take very good care of my cookware and take extraordinary steps to ensure others treat my cookware as delicately and as conscientiously as I do. Suffice to say that, 6 months after receiving my pot set, the 3 quart sauce pans non-stick coating started to peal off. That's right boys and girls the coating just started to peal away. So, as All-Clad has a "life time" warrantee, I contacted All-Clad and after much to do, sent them the pan, carefully wrapped and packaged. You have to provide your own packaging and wrap. After 5 weeks, I received my pan all fixed, but now it has dents and dings, the handle had broken through the box as it wasn't wrapped, it was simply placed in a box. So my dented and dinged pan had been returned repaired and dented, thank you All-Clad. So here we are, 4 months later and the SAME 3 qt sauce pan and my 10" frying pan have started to show signs of peeling non-stick coating. I have since mid-December, been in contact with All-Clad about my issue in hopes of getting my pans repaired. All of a sudden All-Clad has gone mysteriously quite, no reply to emails, no-one answers the phone so getting my now, 2 pans fixed is proving very difficult. Where is all this going you may ask. Suffice to say, using brand recognition doesn't always work as proven by the lack of response to my justified claim submission. So in closing, how would I rats pot set? Well, if rated after opening the box I would have said 5 Stars. After 6 months and the 1st pot's non-stick coating started peeling, I would have rated it as 4 stars, after all, they repaired it, although they didn't bother to wrap it properly upon return. Now, 3 months after the 1st repair and encountering the SAME issue on the exact same pot, adding to it yet another pan with the same problem, my rating goes down to 2 stars. In retrospect, when you factor in the level of care I take to preserve my cookware, my "Value for Money" & "Overall Satisfaction" of this product, my rating goes down to 1 STAR. Be careful do NOT buy this pan set, it's definitely not worth the price and aggravation of ownership!

These pans are amazing! Excellent quality and nonstick performance

So... overall, I love this set! HOWEVER, I purchased this on Nov 25th, it is February 12th...that’s 2 and a half months and my 3 qt saucepan nonstick lining is peeling. For two reasons this upsets me. 1) The nonstick material is dangerous if ingested, therefor I can no longer use the pan 2) This set was not cheap, and to replace just this pot is also not cheap. Honestly, my main hope in this review is for All clad/ the seller to rectify this for me and replace the one pot! (Would be awesome)

Only way to go once you relearn how to use them. Let the pans warm up before adding your food. Soak in water and everything comes clean.
