When I put the battery back on the charger, I still had 3 bars left.I love the simple adjustable features for different tasks.I will add that we keep our yards pretty well manicured so it didn't require a lot of power usage.The only issue I have which is temporary is the string that comes with it is crap. It doesn't cut thru the tough stuff while edging. So, you have to keep stopping to feed new string since it keeps breaking off. But, I'll use it until it runs out and replace it with tougher string.
