When will we get to know now it is time to change cartridge???

It usually have to be changed after 6 months or 40,000 liters.

Can we adjust the head of the filter to different directions?

Yes you can adjust the Shower head to any direction.

Can i use this for drinking water?

We can't use it for drinking. its suite for bathing purposes and it will convert the hard water to soft Water

Don't buy it, Waste of money!!

I strongly advise not to purchasing this product. After nearly two months of consistent use, not only did it fail to deliver the promised results, but it also worsened the condition it claimed to improve.

wasn't of my use, because I bought it to tackle with chlorine in the water.

It works but it can't deal with the chlorine in water, easy to install but I don't think it's a steal deal at this price.
