Design Toscano NG31625 The Garden Owl Hanging Sculpture,two tone stone

It was pretty well wrapped..but still had a broken wing tip. Very disappointing. Am patching it with some air dry clay and repainting. Hopefully wont be too noticeable. A little expensive for the quality..but cute. Hanging it in my sons room..he loves owls. Wouldn't risk hanging it outside. Very breakable if the wind blows it down.

The media could not be loaded.  Very good quality, appearance is as pictured, very good value for the money. The chain and chain hardware is however very light so I recommend you to use a stronger chain or highly secured nylon cord in order to avoid accidents.

The design appear realistic. The Wood pecker seem to ignore this Garden Owl presence hanging on my porch.

This bird is much smaller than I thought it would be, but it was still very pretty. When I first took it out of the box, I held it up by the hook to look at it, and one of the chains broke in my hand. I thought maybe it was just a fluke, so I repaired the link with a pair of pliers. I hung this outside from the branch of a large oak tree and thought it looked really pretty, but that only lasted a few days. We had a windy day (not like a hurricane or anything, just normal windy) and I looked outside to see the owl in pieces on the ground. All 3 chains broke and the owl shattered on the ground. I was so disappointed! This owl was way too expensive to have such cheap chains on it.

This did not scare away our birds. I will be taking it down for that reason. However, it is very cute if one would want it as a decoration only.

As soon as I lifted it out of the styrofoam the chain broke. Cheap chain no way this will hang as described. I'm only keeping the owl because I need something to keep the birds away from my patio. I replaced the chain with a real chain.

smallerlike smaller,than I expected but very life like. haven't hung it yet but hope it works for the bird who likes to roost ipon the lamp over the front door. Tired of the mess!

My parents had a serious problem with crows, pooping all over their terrace, digging up their pots, etc... They hung this owl up and it has been over a year since the crows have stayed away. Mind you, the crows are still there, in the neighboring trees but they do not come to the terrace. Mission accomplished, who knew, I was rather skeptical when I bought this...
