Broken pole exposing sharp metal
We put this together on May 13. It is May 29 and the pole has broken exposing sharp metal. It is just one child, a 7-year-old, bouncing on it. I don’t why the bar would break this way.Customer service was great and they sent me a new one. Unfortunately the second one had a pole break in much the same way after three days of use.

Fun for the kids..
I put it together by myself with no big problems but the suspension cords were a little to hard to pull. Came with all the tools I needed! I definitely would recommend though!

Kinda of Wonky But Functional
Seemed perfect for the price however it was missing pieces and instructions are vague. The trampoline was missing 1 bungee cord (what would be a coil spring on an average trampoline) and came with some mystery string. The bottom net does not 'anchor' to to the frame in any way even though there are rivets for it (possible the string was supposed to be used idk) so I just zip tied it to the pole under the foam noodle. As for the missing bungee I made a rope out of some electrical tape just so that at least something is there, but you can't notice it due to the padding. Pretty flimsy the legs bow in and out while in use. I also had to use electrical tape for the frame of the hoop since one end would always pop out, super frustrating but its assembled and my 3 yr old thinks it's super awesome.

Great entertainment for low cost
Pretty easy to put together. I did it on my own but followed the directions one by one without skipping a step. It is very safe and secure since it has netting and pads. The price is very reasonable and the quality is excellent. This is great for young children. I got this for my nieces birthday party and it was a hit amongst her friends. They do not get up high in the air like the larger ones, so make it perfect for the little ones. The pads.and netting definitely help with safety. The plastics rail makes it easy to move around the backyard easily. The 8+ year old would need the larger trampoline. It made my niece very tired and put her to sleep right away!

The item will start falling apart in the 1 week from buying it!
It didn’t last long, I received it on June 11, I assembled it , and pole broke today, and on the 3 or 4 day from having it and my little kids jumping the net around it started to fall apart from the top, I don’t recommend this product I regret buying!😡

Poor Quality
I bought this trampoline in July and it didn’t last 5 months before breaking. I have a 6 year old and 4 year old that used it almost daily but we made sure only one kid at a time was using it and used it as intended just for jumping. Definitely disappointed in the quality and buyer beware.

Funs for all of my kids
It’s sturdy and well made, kids are very bored at home because of covid-19, so I was trying to entertain them as possible as I can. It is fun for all of my family. Kids can jump on it to get lots of fun, It is not huge , so don’t take many spaces , you can place it inside ot outside of your house. It is not too hard to install , Just a bit hard to get the trampoline mat connected to the springs, will do it easily with the tool provided!

Perfect for a 3 year old climbing the walls during lockdown / self-isolation
Construction was extremely straightforward, although the comment others have raised about knowing that the enclosed string is to fix the mesh safety cage to the main trampoline would be a useful addition to the instructions. A simple paper note saying the same might fix this cheaply for the manufacturer without the need to reprint brochures. We're 24 hours in and have had hours of happy use already. If, like us, you have a particularly 'robust' child, you may need to remind them (repeatedly) not to cannon into the sides because it isn't the most stable when subject to deliberate horizontal force. Equally, the same could be said for almost any similar product out there. The manufacturer might want to consider whether drilling holes on the bottom of the poles, or using simple tent guidelines affixed to the top of the mesh (where it is screwed into the top of the poles) might enable a simple, cost-effective anchoring system to be offered (as a further bolt-on purchase opportunity). Meanwhile, there's nothing stopping the rest of us potentially doing the latter with products already available.More generally, the product appears to be exceptional value for money. I've been highly impressed with the quality of all the components for the price paid. I have a very happy child, and the two of us are no longer wondering how on earth we're going to ensure energy is burnt off whilst confined to the house.

Poor instructions but otherwise good product :)
All the reviews are international & I think the seller is based in Spain? So couldn’t really get a grasp of whether this would be a good product or not. It came quick with Hermes (2 days). We built it today but our kids haven’t tried it yet. The instructions aren’t particularly clear, as you’d expect with something like this. It was reasonably easy to build until the last step (attaching/stringing the outer mesh to the base) which isn’t mentioned in the instructions and we found a YouTube video to help us. Still not sure if we have done it right which is worrying given our kids’ safety is the most important thing. Other than that negative, it seems to be a good study lightweight and well made trampoline so that’s why it’s still got four stars :-)

Doesn’t feel sturdy enough and instruction manual incomplete. Not very happy
Not very happy with it. It doesn’t look like what we see in the photos. It’s really small and doesn’t feel sturdy. Also the instruction manual is incomplete. It doesn’t tell what to do with the string that came with it or how to tick it wit the safety net. I tried it and the length is Not enough to cover the whole trampoline radius. Not happy with the purchase. Some screws doesn’t go completely in! Assembly is not too hard though . Overall It’s too light product.

Bands snap
Put it together x2 of spring bands snapped after a few jumps... pretty much useless can’t find replacements. Did put 1 star, but their customer service is great and sent me replacements the day after.
