Fingerprints are visible easily but it is better than the mat finish which peels off after 6 months in terms of reliability.Lookwise definitely the mat finish cover is better.

Good protective case for your macbook
The media could not be loaded. I bought this case solely for avoiding any scratches or accidental dents, and for that it's a good investment. It is a bit pricy. Since it's a matt finish, it does get finger prints very easily, you may be able to avoid with a different color variant, it came with dust plugs for all ports and a key cover. A trackpad protector also was included which was easy to apply. I haven't used it in a work environment as I'm at home and it has only been a week so i cannot vouch for durability.Edit: it's really hard to take off or removed, when i tried to do it a little forcefully the plastic tab broke/ cracked.. It holds once i put it back on.. But surely will break off soon.

Case is looking very good with matte shade.
Easy to install. You can buy to protect your macbook from scratches. After installing you will get very good look. Will get keyboard protector, trackpad protector along with the case. Recommended

Quite good , impressive really . But some cons . (Do read)
I bought the clear case . It's pretty much transparent . Apple logo is visible easily. And if viewed from a distance , one can't figure out the casing .The company delivered in 4 days . That dissatisfied me a little .The casing fits perfectly . But it's a little heavy . Btw it's really heavy. The casing for the top , I had to remove it . Bcoz the hinge of laptop was having problems in keeping that weight upright . So I better not take chances with my MB air . So I removed it . Although the casing fits perfectly , but removing it is a pretty tough job . While removing I thought it might put scratches . But it didn't .The keyboard cover is pretty nice fit . I thought it would be transparent , but instead the key background is white , which ruins the macBook look .The port covers are 2 for every port . But only one of them fits usually . But nobody uses them although .The trackpad guard , is pretty nice and easy to apply . It covers 95% area only. But its no big deal. And also it acquired some air bubbles . But they're not easily visible bcoz of opaque background .

Better than many products available in stores and online
This product met my expectations of having a clear/ see through cover for the Apple logo.Easily press fits in position and has many small plastic knobs for covering various ports.Also has a small plastic covering to paste on the touchpad.Overall worth buying than other products in apple store.
