Since all the saloons are closed due to lockdown, I was looking for a trimmer that can be used for a haircut. I hadn't had one in three months and my hair had grown disproportionately long which I don't like. I saw this product advertising that it can cut the hair on your head as well, so I ordered this product on 8 June. It was delivered to me on 14 June 2020(Kudos to amazon for fairly quick delivery in this time of need). I charged it for 8 hours as constructed and on the next day I tried cutting my hair with it only to find out to my great frustration that it doesn't cut anything. I thought that cropping my hair short first would make it easier for the trimmer, but even after that it failed. It couldn't even cut my beard properly. Since my hair was already ruined, I had to shave it all with my razor. I was quite okay with that as I haven't been bald in 15 years and wanted to experiment a bit. I filed for a replacement (as this doesn't offer refund) and the replacement was delivered to me on 20 June, that is last saturday. Again, I charged it for 8 hours. This morning (22 June) I decided to check if this one works or it's also blunt as the last one was. Fortuitously, it does work, but there are a few caveats:1. It can only trim beard hair, don't get fooled by the combs, it cannot trim the hair on your head.2. Even without the combs attached, it misses a few spots while trimming and you have to go through one area a few times in order to get a good trim.3. It's very uncomfortable to hold; it's shape seems ergonomic until you realise you have to hold it from the opposite end which is very weird.4. It vibrates a lot, like crazy. It was rattling my jaw while trimming.5. The battery life seems okay. I only used this one for 20 minutes and it was fine.6. I know it's cheap. But 400 rupees isn't exactly easy to earn especially in this lockdown.Does anyone know if the company can be sued for false advertising? ;)

The first trimmer earlier delivered, was not working.. After replacement, Now i got another one.. It's good But all attachments are delivered within the pack. Some are found missing.. Overall its good.
